ZipCal is a searchable community calendar, featuring the myriad civic activities down the street and around the country. ZipCal is crowdsourced by the sponsoring organizations themselves. Our mission is to bridge the gap between those who work to strengthen our communities by bringing us together with those who would tell their stories and, in turn, make it easier for you and me to participate in their activities more often.
ZipCal is simple, focused and transformative. Our users come to ZipCal.org to learn about local events and entertainment. In the future, we will deploy additional functions to compliment our robust calendaring to further promote reviews, public participation, and cross-fertilization among participating organizations.
